Born in Jamaica, Neil Harris came to the United States at the age of five in pursuit of the American Dream. Raised in Brookline, Massachusetts, he is a proud product of the Brookline Public School system, graduating in 1993 before attending Saint Thomas More Prep and later earning a degree from UMass Amherst. Neil went on to achieve a Master’s in Education from UMass Boston and completed the BTR Teacher Prep Program.

Having faced challenges as a youth and finding his path through education, Neil is deeply committed to giving back to the next generation. He believes in the transformative power of education and dedicates his life to inspiring and empowering young people to achieve their dreams.
